Terms and Conditions of 555gg: Everything You Need to Know

By creating an account, accessing, or using any service offered by 555gg at the address 555gg.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, do not create an account or use the platform's services.

These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and 555gg. They apply to all features of the platform: Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpot, crash games, bingo, bonuses, and any other products offered now or in the future. The 555gg reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with prior notice sent by email and a prominent announcement on the platform.

To create an account on 555gg and use its services, you must meet all of the requirements below:

• Be an individual residing in Brazil and the holder of a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Not be an employee, partner, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 555gg or any of its partner companies.

• Act on your own behalf and for your own account — creating or using accounts on behalf of third parties is not permitted.

The 555gg may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and a selfie with your document. Failure to provide the requested documents within the indicated timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Each user is entitled to only an active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses or gain any other advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in balance cancellation and a permanent ban.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your email, password, and any authentication codes. The 555gg does not ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at suporte@555gg.best.

Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false details — such as name, CPF, date of birth, or address — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze, and notification to the relevant authorities under applicable Brazilian law.

You agree to notify 555gg immediately upon any change to relevant account information, including address, phone number, and the bank account linked to your Pix.

The 555gg accepts deposits exclusively via the Brazilian payment methods listed below. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through international payment methods.

All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments solely owned by the registered user. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension. A 555gg is not responsible for any fees charged by the user's bank or card issuer.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified (KYC complete) and your available balance must be at least R$ 20.00. The default withdrawal method is Pix, processed in up to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.

Pix withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the Pix key registered under the account holder's name at 555gg. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The Pix key must be linked to a bank or financial institution operating in Brazil (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others).

• Bonus balance that has not yet completed the rollover cannot be withdrawn.
• Your original deposit balance can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of your rollover status.
• If fraud is suspected, 555gg may hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review.
• The 555gg may request additional documents for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00.

The 555gg does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees charged by the recipient's bank are the user's responsibility.

All bets placed on 555gg are binding at the moment you confirm the slip. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except through the cash out feature where available.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• The 555gg reserves the right to suspend or void bets placed under technical error conditions (incorrect odds due to a system fault) or on events whose outcomes were already publicly known at the time the bet was placed.
• In cases of No Contest in MMA/UFC bouts (illegal strike, doping, or another regulatory reason), all bets on the fight outcome are cancelled and stakes are fully refunded.
• If a sporting event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. If the event does not take place within that period, bets are cancelled and stakes refunded.
• In the event of a match abandonment, the valid result is the score at the time of interruption, as established by the rules of the official competition.
• Cash out is available on selected events and markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original stake in unfavorable situations.

The 555gg uses official result sources (federations, official referees, and data from certified providers) to determine the outcome of all bets. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the decision of the competition's official governing body prevails.

The 555gg offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms published on each offer's page. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to redeem the welcome bonus one time only, associated with your CPF.
• The welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, with a rollover of 5x the bonus amount on valid bets within 30 days.
• Sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100% toward the rollover. Bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the target.
• Cancelled, refunded, or partially cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the rollover is completed. The original deposit balance may be withdrawn at any time.
• The 555gg reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse, use of multiple accounts, or a violation of these rules is suspected.

In the event of a technical failure during a jackpot round, the 555gg will investigate the matter and apply the fairest resolution for the user based on server logs.

• Making deposits using credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any unlawful financial activity through the platform.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of the entire balance (including deposits not yet used in bets), and reporting to the relevant authorities under Brazilian law, including the Banco Central do Brasil and COAF where applicable.

The 555gg may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Court or regulatory order.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 months with no transactions.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, the bonus balance is automatically cancelled. Any unused deposit balance may be refunded at the discretion of 555gg, following a compliance review.
